Introductory Flight

No prior experience required. Learn the basics of helicopter aerodynamics and piloting so you can safely take the controls during a beautiful flight over Boundary County. Whether this is a one-time bucket list item for you, or the start of a lifelong hobby or career, your first helicopter flight is a thrill you’ll always remember.

Private Pilot License

The Private license allows you to fly helicopters for your own enjoyment or transportation, including with friends, family, and other non-paying passengers. Whirlybird Aviation can help you along the entire path from first flight through your check ride, with a training plan that fits your schedule and budget.

Commercial Pilot License

The next step after Private is the Commercial license. This training will take your skills and knowledge to the next level, and opens certain opportunities to make money flying.
