Cancellation and Refunds

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificate purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. Gift Certificates expire 12 calendar months after the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates have no cash value. However, you are free to transfer or sell your Gift Certificate to another person if for any reason you do not wish to redeem it.

Gift Certificates are valid any day we are open for business and have schedule availability. There are no “black-out” dates. If there is a particularly special day you wish to fly, we may at our discretion book a slot on a non-business day for an additional fee (but never Sundays).

Cancellation by Whirlybird Aviation LLC

Safety is our absolute top priority. We reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time prior to or during the actual flight and will always do so if there is any issue related to the weather, the aircraft, the pilot, or the environment.

If a flight is cancelled by Whirlybird Aviation LLC for one of the above reasons, we will happily reschedule you for another time or give you a full refund, whichever you choose.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a transferrable flight credit usable for a similar flight within 12 months.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

Release Forms

Any form of flight carries elevated level of risk, and helicopters particularly so. We strive for safety in every aspect of our operations. However, there is always the possibility of injury or death while participating in aviation activities. In consideration of our willingness to provide carriage, you will be required to sign liability release forms before any flight. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, do not book a flight. Refusing to sign the forms after booking will be handled as stated in “Cancellation by the Client” above.

Right To Refuse Carriage

Safety is our absolute top priority, and we reserve the right to refuse carriage to any individual and/or to terminate a flight at any time.

If you are refused carriage under this provision, you will be provided a full refund.
